Who pays?
The team itself, usually the captain or the manager. The club has nothing to do.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
Without a licence, the history stays visible but no new vote can be opened.
Are votes anonymous?
Yes. While voting is open nobody sees anything. When it closes, everyone reads the ballots and comments, but never who wrote them.
Do I need to install an app?
No, Topstick runs in your phone's browser. A mobile app will come later.
